*On call 24/7 from 37 weeks until birth

*Unwavering continuous support throughout your labour, birth and up to 3 hours postpartum

*1 postpartum visit/follow up (including herbal sitz bath)

*Use of my TENS machine (if desired)

*One jar of my wild harvested local raspberry leaf, nettle and rose tea

Additional Prenatal sessions offer extra support through the prenatal period, beyond what we address in your prenatal visits in the Bloom package. They are tailored to your needs and desires, and can include services such as prenatal yoga, yoga nidra, guided meditation, natural birth preparation support, postpartum planning support etc..

Prenatal and birth preparation sessions are also available as stand alone services outside of birth doula support, both virtually and in person.

Nourishing the new mother is at the heart of my service! I take a holistic approach to postpartum care, drawing on the Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine systems. which emphasize the importance of warmth, rest, proper nutrition, herbal support, ritual and honouring of the new mother, and a peaceful environment

My packages include postpartum specific meal preparation, nurturing body care such as herbal sitz baths, foot soaks and massage, vaginal steams, warm oil body treatments and more. Packages also include help with baby care, light house cleaning and sibling care, and of course a compassionate listening ear any time you feel you need it.
