This workshop offers an introduction to the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidrā.

Yoga Nidrā - or ‘Yoga Sleep’ - is a guided meditation practice that brings you into a state of deep rest - a place between waking and sleeping - while still remaining awake and aware. It offers numerous benefits when practiced prenatally and in preparation for birth - which we’ll be learning all about in this workshop!
